Job description
The Project Management Department currently runs a portfolio of extremely interesting and challenging projects. It acts as a centre of excellence, liaising with all departments, coordinating and striving for implementation in agreed budget, time and scope. It is also responsible for the analysis, planning and management of projects related to operational and system improvements.
In order to support the Project Management Department, we are looking for a professional and motivated Business Analyst on a permanent employment contract:
Your main tasks will be to:
- Challenging and performing detailed business and/or functional analysis on application enhancement and project requests
- Understanding the business expectations and be able to document the same with sufficient details
- Documentation of clear business and functional requirements for internal or external teams to complete developments
- Drive relevant Test Management Strategies and participating in development testing so as to ensure requirements have been met as well as product quality
- Being the bridge between Business and IT department
- Propose functional solutions aligned with Applications / Processes / Organisation roadmap
Job requirements:
- Studies in Finance, IT or Business Administration
- Strong experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or assimilated role within financial industry (preferably in fund accounting business domain)
- Strong technical understanding
- Relevant experience in Data Analysis is considered as an advantage
- Strong communication, reporting and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Take ownership of multiple requests simultaneously assisting throughout the request life cycle
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365 products
- Exposure and understanding of project environment and/or demand management with various methodologies (Agile)
- Very high level of team spirit and problem solving attitude
- Fluent in English
