Head of Brand Marketing (f/m/d)
As the Head of Brand Marketing (f/m/d) at the Rhenus Group, you will be a key player in defining, activating and elevating our brand identity. Reporting directly to the Global Group Marketing and Brand VP, your role will be essential in shaping brand awareness, brand consideration and customer experience for our global organisation. You will work closely with all leadership functions in the global Group marketing and divisional marketing teams to craft compelling brand experiences while ensuring brand consistency.
You will ensure brand integrity by creating wholistic concepts across multiple channels and functions, supporting the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the Group. For this, we seek a dynamic detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to help transform our brand.
What you can expect
- Continuously devise and develop brand guidelines and strategy to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Align with Go-To-Market Head to ensure dispersion of strategy at division-level.
- Lead the creative brand transformation of Rhenus, including designing, planning, and executing integrated multi-channel brand campaigns to ensure they align with Group's overall marketing strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with different functions within marketing to ensure efficient delivery of brand campaigns (against relevant KPIs). At the same time, manage relationships with external agencies, partners, etc. on desired objectives.
- Define frameworks for co-branding or other special brand executions, including partnerships, events, media partnerships, experiential and talent activation, etc.
- Collaborate with the head of internal communications and culture to ensure the brand resonates with the business and employees.
- Ensure all communications are consistent with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity and manage the rebranding of our merger and acquisition entities.
What you bring
- Master's degree in marketing, business or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with companies where brand is a key strategic focus and where consumer research and brand strategy development lie at the core of the company.
- Experience working with multiple markets and the ability to take a centralized approach while addressing diverse geographic needs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- You are fluent in English, have exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills, as well as strategic thinking and experience in brand planning and activation.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making and are someone who stays abreast of industry trends and emerging.
