Growing vigorously, we are strengthening our Architecture & Technology practice in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, IT / Technical Architecture, and Solution Development. Consequently, we are looking for experienced Enterprise and IT Architects to join our team.

Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:

• Advanced development of industry-specific business models and processes 
• Support in the development, implementation, and operationalization of integrated IT strategies with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT
• Design, analysis, and optimization of business capabilities and processes, application landscapes, data flows and architectures, and technology stacks
• Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes
• Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems
• Project and program management using traditional and agile methods

Who you are

Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• Deep understanding of both business and IT, supported by relevant university degree (e.g., business informatics, computer sciences, business administration)
• Passion for digitalization and information technology
• Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment
• Ability to address issues on an abstract high level, as well as on a detailed technological level
• Good conceptual and technical understanding of Microservices, APIs, CaaS, Cloud, SDN, etc.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise IT, including organizational and processual impacts
• Deep understanding of approaches, methods, and best practices across all IT architecture layers, including business capabilities, demand and requirements management, systems and cloud landscapes analysis and design, application portfolio management, interface and data architecture management, IT cost management, and IT governance
• Sound knowledge of standard consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SAFe) and possibly IT management certificates (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, Cobit, cloud architecture certificates)
• State-of-the-Art coding knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German is a plus
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
