Location: Donaueschingen, Blumberg

Your tasks:
- Ensuring centralized support for users of digital solutions at the assigned company locations
- Operation of solutions for the digital workplace
- Installation and configuration / deployment of digital endpoints and software
- Procurement and management of IT hardware
- User and authorization management
What you bring with you:
- Experience in IT user support, as well as a customer and service-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of installing and configuring client hardware and print solutions
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high solution orientation
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Completed training as an IT specialist or similar
- Willingness for permanent further training
