Market Expansion Manager (m/w/d)
Your role:
- Identify and assess potential new markets and customers
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for market expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and penetrate new markets/ being the project owner for opening up new affiliates
- Develop and manage market expansion budget and ROI
- Develop relationships with new customers and partners to facilitate market expansion
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new markets
- Monitor progress of market expansion initiatives and report on key metrics
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the industry and customer needs
- Stay abreast of changes in the industry and recommend strategies for adapting to changing market conditions
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in market expansion and/or business development
- Knowledge of market data (e.g. IQVIA) and competitive analysis
- Proven track record of successful market expansion plans
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Intercultural competence and experience in dealing with global business partners
- Excellent project management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and decisiveness
- Fluency in English (must) and advanced level of German (preferable)
