For our location in Arnsberg (North Rhine-Westphalia) we are looking for a

IT Administrator / ERP Administrator (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Support and further development of the ERP system used (SAGE) and related systems (e.g. DMS, CAQ, etc.)
• Implementation of process improvements in the ERP system
• Development and implementation of solutions for inquiries, problems and fault reports from all IT areas (infrastructure, networks, clients, servers, telephony, peripherals, software, hardware)
• Management of the Microsoft 365 hybrid environment (including Azure / Intune)
• Co-design and implementation of IT projects (including certification)
• Support in the improvement of cyber & information security
• Designing, developing and implementing new security mechanisms, processes and guidelines
• Creation and maintenance of system and process documentation

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of IT (e.g. training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration) or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SQL knowledge an advantage)
• Knowledge of the administration of virtual server landscapes (VMWare) and current Microsoft client / server operating systems
• Ability to work in a team and project experience
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
