Job Description

Grace is seeking an HR Project & Transformation Manager, Europe to join our HR team! This role reports to the HR Director, Europe located at Worms, Germany.

The Human Resources Project and Transformation Manager Europe will be responsible for the planning, management and implementation of HR projects and initiatives. This individual will drive the standardization, optimization, and digitalization of key HR processes in compliance with relevant company guidelines, policies, and practices. This role will, in collaboration with the HR Director Europe, set-up the future Target Operating Model of the HR team in Europe and will lead the communication and change management of transformation activities. This advertised position is time-limited for 12 months.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Administration or Human Resource Management 
• Min. 5 years of work experience in in-house Human Resources departments or Consultancy Companies (projects in the area of Human Resources) in manufacturing environment 
• Expert knowledge in HR processes in HR administration in a state-of-the-art HR IT and shared service center structures 
• Experience in HR process mapping and HR project leadership, incl. the ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency with HR systems and processes. 
• Ability to work and implement measures independently in a complex environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferable, experience and knowledge in HR process mapping, efficiency, and improvements 
• Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Advanced quantitative skills with knowledge of modeling (MS Excel,) and presentation (MS PowerPoint)
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
