R2 Manager Internal Communications (m/f/d)

The R2 Sales & Marketing Internal Communications team exists to inform, engage and inspire the R2 Sales & Marketing team, enrich our working culture and articulate the GrowTime objectives. We are there to ensure that strategic messages are shared, and employee voices are heard.

The salary for this position (full-time) is based on the ERA group 14 of the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry Baden-Württemberg and consists, in addition to the gross monthly salary of 5.335 €, of various special payments (holiday pay, T-Zug, Christmas pay, etc.). You can expect an annual salary of approx. 73.560 EUR in this position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and management of annual strategic Sales & Marketing communications plan for increasing employee comprehension of the GrowTime strategy
• Key messages delivery through audience specific channels and formats in a cross-cultural environment as well as analysis and evaluation of communication effectiveness
• Strategic communications consulting and support for R2 Sales & Marketing leadership
• Planning, organization and facilitation of virtual and onsite employee meetings in Region 2
• Supporting and handling of change management projects and immediate crisis communication

What Skills You Need:

• Completed bachelor or master studies in the fields of business administration, communication, marketing, PR or similar
• Several years of experience in the areas of PR, HR, corporate or marketing communications
• Affinity and good understanding of digital media, strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• Ability to work with a broad network and a structured working style
• Fluent in written and spoken English and ability to adapt language and style to respective audience and channel
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and have an approachable, empathetic personality

This tariff position  is a parental leave replacement and limited until August 2025, based in Walldorf and vacant as soon as possible.
