The team: We believe in the power of data-driven decision-making and are committed to enabling our internal and external stakeholders to make informed business decisions based on the data we provide. To achieve this, we are building a dedicated Data team that will play a pivotal role in improving data understanding and driving actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements for various projects
Develop and maintain data pipelines, transforming raw data into meaningful insights
Utilise your strong SQL skills to query and analyse data from various sources
Apply your Python expertise to develop data-driven solutions and automate processes
Leverage your knowledge of dbt to create and maintain data models
Work with data visualisation tools to create informative and visually appealing dashboards
Take ownership of projects, from data extraction to presentation, and ensure data accuracy and quality
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and provide data-driven recommendations
2-3 years of experience in the field of analytics or data engineering
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Good knowledge of dbt for data modelling and transformation
Experience with data visualisation and data analytics tools such as Holistics, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Open - minded , proactive , and able to take ownership of projects
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines

Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavour to provide a response within a period of 3-5 business days. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:
Initial Screening Call (45 minutes): You will engage in an introductory conversation with a representative from our Talent Acquisition team. This call serves as an opportunity for both parties to get acquainted.
Get-to-know Call with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes): In the next step, you will have more insights about the team, duties of the roles and a discussion and engage in a conversation with the Hiring Manager (Head of Data Team).
Technical Assessment and Case Study (timed, will be given a deadline): In the next step, you will have a technical skills assessment and engage in a case study. We will share the Case Study details with the deadline to send it back. Once you send the Case Study back our Hiring team will evaluate it and if it is reaching 80% then you will be invited to the next stage of the interview process.
Case Study presentation (45 minutes): As a final step, you will present the Case Study to the panel (Head of Data and Chief Technology Officer). After the presentation there is an opportunity for you to connect with a key members of our leadership team and evaluate how you can contribute to and collaborate with different areas of our organisation
After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
