Job description:

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a QA/QC manager. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for leading and developing our quality team in Luxembourg. In this role you will be provided with opportunities to work on quality work development, drive our culture and lead transformation initiatives.
KES is a growing family of companies that serves customers with innovative, engineered-to-order solutions. Our future is in the development of transformational connected product platforms that integrate equipment, data analytics, closed-loop controls and services. Our equipment group business is supplying components for applications in various markets with a focus on the refining and petrochemical Industry. The range of products includes burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, boiler burners, and vapor recovery systems for John Zink Hamworthy Combustion entity. The open position will be located in our KES office located in Dudelange, GD of Luxembourg.
What you will do

• Being responsible for developing/supporting/following up the team to optimize value creation and spreading the KES vision
• Ensuring project quality is meeting the expected standards / customer needs in a timely manner and through team management and efficient KPI measurement
• Keeping track and looking for improvement of our processes
• Being responsible for your team to coordinate efficiently the need of inspection as well as maintaining quality related records
• Being accountable of the quality related results for the company in order to maintain our various certifications (ISO, PED, ATEX,….) and leading successfully our various internal/external audits
• Being the preferred contact person for all quality related topics and working with the global team
• Ensuring quality control is performed by your team as per expectation including inspection and

Required profile:

• Excellent influencer and communicator, with a high level of competence in people management, problem solving and leadership.
• Successful experience in Quality Department.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent both in English and French. Any additional languages would be an asset.
• Knowledge of international Code such as ASME and PED as well as European directives (ATEX, Machinery)
• Experience in pressure vessels, steel structure and skid fabrication
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, material types, welding methods
