Make it happen

• support business management in the expansion of their business unit
• support existing accounts, project acquisition, staffing and handling internal administrative tasks
• act as a supporting hand to Recruiting in the active search for new talent through various channels such as LinkedIn and Xing
• independently conduct interviews and be responsible for hiring consultants
• are responsible for the continuous development of new strategies to attract candidates 

Be our forward thinker

• meet the V.I.E participation requirements
• are studying a (technically) oriented subject such as industrial engineering or business administration
• ideally already have some experience in sales or project management – or have an affinity for technical sales
• are able to work independently and on your own initiative and have a high level of motivation and communication skills
• have very good MS Office application skills as well as very good German and good English skills
