That's why we're working to create a new digital ecosystem. A digital hub that removes obstacles for all involved, allowing them to channel their energy into the social projects they believe in. At the same time, we're building the digital home for social initiatives with the goal of collectively scaling their impact digitally.

What we offer
At holi, our team truly values a workplace where we can openly communicate and connect, using language that includes everyone. We appreciate the different perspectives that our team members bring, and we create an atmosphere where new ideas are welcome. Learning is a continuous journey, and we're all about sharing knowledge and making decisions together. We're a close-knit team, helping and supporting each other while keeping things simple and practical rather than seeking perfection. We have zero tolerance for toxic or egoistic behavior, as we prioritize collaboration and positivity. Our main focus is on making a positive impact and prioritizing people over profits. Additionally, we offer perks such as a weekly Yoga class and occasional "cool down" days to encourage personal development and well-being.

- We organize bi-annual company-wide retreats and optional meet-ups every quarter.
- Ideally, your working hours align with CET +/-2 hours.
- We offer flexible part-time or full-time arrangements.
- We encourage taking time off when needed, with an Flexible Time Off policy (minimum 25 days per year based on full-time employment, no upper limit).
Interested? If our mission resonates with you, we'd love to get to know you better. Send us a few lines about yourself and why we should connect. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Let's create change together – perhaps with you on our team. We're excited to hear from you!
