For the well-established subsidiary located in the Istanbul region our client is looking for you as a Managing Director (m/f/d) Türkiye & Middle East Tasks Full P&L responsibility for the entire business in Turkiye & the Middle East Providing positive and dynamic leadership for a team of 10+ employees Further developing the business within the existing markets such as machine building & robotics, automation, transportation, and renewable energies and into new markets Growing market share of current business relations with emphasis on solution sales and industry 4.0 applications Define mid- and long-term business plans for the region Direct reporting line to the German HQ Requirements Technical degree; MBA would be a plus or degree in business administration with sound technical experience Long-term leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably incl. P&L responsibility Good knowledge in the field of automation, electrical engineering, or electronics for the industry Entrepreneurial, motivational, and result-driven personality with conceptual strength and analytical skills Very good skills in English Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Istanbul Our client offers an attractive salary including a company car and modern workplaces in a professional and innovative environment.
