What you will enjoy doing

• You serve as HSE subject matter expert at global execution level for project construction engineering, site supervision, commissioning and Construction Security activities 
• In addition you will contribute to project proposals, contract negotiations and subcontracting
• Engage in building an interdependent safety culture by unlocking the HSE leadership potential of the project construction and commissioning teams is part of your role
• Further you will develop and facilitate HSE trainings, workshops, meetings, safety campaigns 
• Coordinate, plan, and conduct HSE internal and external audits is an important responsibility
• You will direct, lead and provide expertise for risk management, incident investigations and management
• You will contribute to collect and report on ESG indicators from construction activities

What makes you great

• You have a bachelorof Science degree with preferably a specialization in Occupational Safetyor Health, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, or Environmental Health
• A minimum of eight years of combined experience working for a Prime/General Contractor onlarge scale industrial construction and commissioning projects in theProject HSE Manager’s role is required
• Moreover you haveindustry recognized HSE certifications and lead HSE Auditor certificationaccording to ISO 19011
• You have a safetyCoaching Certification and excellent proficiency in MS365 OfficeApps 
• Proficiency inEnglish is required, German and other languages are also highlyappreciated
• You are a strongteam player also capable of self-directed work and able to generate newideas and have a natural sense of curiosity
• Keen on handlingmultiple priorities with high sense of urgency and excellent timemanagement suit your profileering, and engineering projects
