Account Manager
(CDI –indefinite employment contract)

Tasks and responsibilities:
Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of:

Primary day to day responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Operating as the lead point of contact for given clients;
• Building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationship;

Oversee client account, which includes:

• Organize recurrent meeting with clients (including temperature checks);
• Be the main contact point for new product, markets, new account opening, LEI renewal, RMA, various account setup;
• Negotiate fee schedules;
• Organize and assist a client in the due diligence;
• Create client notifications;
• Manage overdrafts on client accounts;
• Review Legal documents (i.e. prospectus, contract);
• Participate to Board meetings;
• Co ordinate the migration out of a client;
• Create client related KPIs;
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
• Co-working with several MUFG entities (including but not limited to, sales and sales support representatives and custody operations);
• Co-ordinate with staffs to upgrade presentation materials and better client approaching;
• Understanding of the business and client needs;
• Research and planning on business promotion.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (client service/on boarding/account management) is essential;
• Experience in regulatory advisory, compliance; risk management, control environment or similar is an asset;
• Skilled negotiation;
• Good knowledge of Operations in custody and Fund industry;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously; strong organizational skills & quality focused while being a team player;
• Good command of English language is required and any other language is considered as an advantage;
• Good reporting skills.
