A leading SaaS company who have created a revolutionary product in Germany are currently looking for a talented Scrum Master.
Headquarters are located in Baden-Württemberg, alongside multiple other offices across Germany. They are searching for a Scrum Master as part of the companies phenomenal success. The company is currently restructuring as part of their growth plan, therefore providing huge opportunity to new employees. Your focus will be to strengthen self-organization within the workforce while continuously improving the cooperation and effectiveness of the teams. You will have involvement with all stakeholders and design and moderate scrum events and agile workshops. Alongside these responsibilities you will be a trusted contact for your team, inspiring your team to live the agile values, practices and principles.
