To strengthen our team we are immediately looking for
PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)
part-time (min. XNUMX hours/week) or full-time for our locations in Wangen im Allgäu and Koblenz
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As part of the multi-project management, you will take on the technical management and support of your interdisciplinary project team within a matrix organization and be the responsible internal and external contact person.
You will be fully responsible for the budget and deadlines for the projects and can prove yourself in running a small “company within a company”. In your area of activity you will take care of:
- the creation of service descriptions and offers
- the independent conception of the documentation based on customer requirements and their implementation in the project team
- Comprehensive customer support in the preparation of information and creation of documentation
- Continuous project controlling including claim management and invoicing

- Completed technical studies and at least 2-5 years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in team leadership
- Knowledge of technical editing work is an advantage or the willingness to familiarize yourself with the topic of technical editing
- Ensuring sustainable business development with existing customers

- Customer orientation
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
