With focus on the clinical application & devices (CAD) segment, you will work closely with the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business, the extended Marketing department and the global regions to understand and anticipate customers’ needs, develop strategies and campaigns to position our solutions. Ultimately generating leads for the field to measurably and sustainably increase order intake, winrate, market share, marketing productivity, brand value and customer experience.
In collaboration with the CAD & extended business teams & regions, you are responsible for
Drive annual marketing plans for CAD segment in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Analyze global and local market needs, converting insights into actionable marketing initiatives
Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic marketing campaigns
Identify business development opportunities, build compelling business cases, and exploit market potential
Contribute to portfolio management, focusing on HPM solutions in CAD segment (ICU, GC, OB, MR & Radiology)
Support solution launches, ensuring market readiness, defining launch strategies, and creating launch content
Execute promotion plans, run campaigns, and collaborate with MarCom & Pricing teams for continued demand generation
Develop field training content for the specific portfolio/segment.
Collaborate with MarCom & eCommerce teams to enhance digital presence and solution availability
Become the knowledge expert for the CAD segment
Organize internal and external events and manage community tools
Consolidate market inputs with tangible data for business group and innovation units
Lead cross-functional/international projects in collaboration with business units and regions
You are part of
the Marketing team of the Hospital Patient Monitoring business, whose purpose is to differentiate Philips HPM to the right customers, generate qualified demand through engaging campaigns and provide support to our colleagues in the market to realize the full value of our offering, increase our win rate and ultimately generate order intake. You are a part of the HPM Global Marketing organization and will be reporting to the CAD Marketing lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or applied sciences or related discipline, or equivalent professional training experience
Experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or medtech products/solutions
Proficient in marketing processes, tools, and global stakeholder engagement

Exceptional team player, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion
