Are you interested in international personnel work and do you have intercultural understanding? Then our team is the right place for you! The support of our foreign branches is as much a part of our job as the support of expats and impats.

Your Tasks:

• Organizational support for temporary assignments abroad
• Application for certificates and visas such as A1 or E2, registration and deregistration with insurance companies and preparation of supporting documents, e.g. invitation letters
• Supporting the HR Global Mobility officers in day-to-day operations   
• Researching country-specific information    
• Collaboration in projects, preparation of internal information for our knowledge database and/or assistance in adapting our internal team processes

The tasks in our Global Mobility team are diverse - we are sure to be able to put together an interesting package for you in consultation with you.

Necessary Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, social sciences, business law, business administration, psychology, law or similar, ideally with a focus on personnel / human resources
• First practical experience in human resources - ideally in an international context
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our international work, but also for dealing with German authorities
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:

Furthermore, you should not be afraid of dealing with employment or other contracts. You should also be interested in learning the basics of residence and labor law as well as social security and tax law in an international context.
