Job Description

To give our associates a voice, we develop a range of surveys focusing on issues such as strategy, wellbeing, leadership and collaboration. In order to develop, set up and run these surveys on a global scale, we are looking for your support.

• During your internship, you will be involved in the concept development of new surveys and their piloting.
• Furthermore, you will help to roll out existing survey concepts.
• Last but not least, you will assist with communication and enabling activities, such as developing a communication strategy, preparing attractive communication materials (e.g. video, MS PowerPoint presentation) through various internal information channels, translation English-German.

Qualifications

• Education:  studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Communication, Audiovisual Media or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: very good knowledge of MS Office; good skills in video shooting, editing, concept creation, project management and design thinking
• Personality and Working Practice: open-minded, creative with very good communication and presentation skills, goal-oriented and structured
• Enthusiasm:  affinity with the social media platform
• Languages:  fluent in English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 3 - 6 months
