Job description
Your Impact
- You check field returned warranty parts with regard to their complaint and forward them to our suppliers with the necessary documentation
- You will work closely with the various teams in the Product Integrity department to ensure that the product quality of our suppliers is guaranteed
- You manage and take over the process of returning rejected components in our warranty system
- You will support the teams in process optimization and the implementation of operational standards for warranty recovery at all European AGCO locations
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training
- Industrial truck license (driving license class L)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Structured and organized way of working
- Good communication skills
