JOB OVERVIEW:

Kries is part of the Energy Technology business unit of TE Connectivity, a leading global technology group, with the goal of creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. We are hiring a Quality Manager Representative who will be responsible for monitoring, continuing, and expanding our quality management system. You ensure compliance with our high-quality standards across all processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits
• Reporting, management reviews, statistical evaluations (data analyses), decisions on product releases
• Quality planning and control: introduction and modification of test procedures, test planning, sampling and test criteria
• Responsibility for process compliance and process optimization
• Initiation of corrective (improvement) measures based on root cause analyses
• Carrying out manufacturability assessments (product and process)
• Close cooperation with all departments in the company

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, power engineering, communications engineering, as an industrial engineer or business economist with an electrical engineering background
• At least 5 years of experience in quality and project management
• Qualified quality training
• Detailed knowledge of the ISO 9001 / 27001 standards
• Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Tree Analysis (FTA)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Negotiation skills, convincing appearance, good moderation and communication skills
• Results orientation, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team as well as independently and a high level of commitment
• Mobility and willingness to travel
