What you are responsible for

• Operationally lead and strategically drive agile digital technology initiatives; aiming to drive digitization cross-regionally and cross-functionally and turning E.ON into a digital-first energy company

• Lead and shape agile projects end-to-end through hands-on delivery incl. tracking and improving their quality and performance

• Ensure buy-in and support of business stakeholders to manage change and drive required decisions

• Design and lead the agile / DevOps transformation with the implementation of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methodologies to improve agile product delivery

• Continuously challenge the status quo of the delivery approach, address and tackle areas of improvement in order to raise efficiency

• Coach teams and individuals on agile concepts and frameworks to develop an agile mindset and improve business agility

• Design and conduct trainings across all agile topics to lead teams and individuals towards the organization-wide adoption of agile ways of working

• Support building our Expert Services practice in Germany and our regional organizations engaging in people development, capability building, business development and recruiting

What you are good at

• University degree in Business, IT, Psychology or another relevant field

• Extensive experience as Agile Coach (f/m/d) in DevOps, Software Development, Software Architecture or similar areas

• Agile certifications (e.g. Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner), deep knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in at least one Scaled Agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, NEXUS)

• Proven knowledge and experience in agile leadership, coaching, organizational change and lean management

• Significant experience in consulting environments; showcasing profound consulting skills from strategic thinking and problem-solving to effective communication and strong sense of customer-orientation

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments as well as exceptional coaching and mentoring skills

• Fluency in English and very good German language skills

• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business and experience with online collaboration tools, e.g. Miro, Jira
