- researches and identifies potential customers and their needs by using various sources (e.g. social media, etc.)
- initiate initial contact with potential customers through various means of communication such as emails, phone calls, social media
- qualifies and assesses the potential of leads in terms of willingness to buy, budget and decision-making authority
- present Packwise in acquisition and consulting appointments and accompany the customer throughout the sales process (virtually and on-site) until handover to the account management team
- update and maintain customer information and interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot)
- work closely with our marketing team to evaluate the quality of leads from marketing campaigns
- optimize sales strategies through regular exchange with the sales team
- represent Packwise at trade fairs and events with the aim of generating leads, building the brand and expanding customer relationships
What you bring to our team - you...
- have a degree in the commercial sector
have several years of experience in the B2B/digitalization sector
are a convincing, strong communicator with a confident manner and negotiating skills
have professional experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or a similar role
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially on the phone
- have very good German and English skills
have a professional and engaging manner with potential customers
are ideally well networked in the chemical or food industry
