THESE CHALLENGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU:
- Acceptance, qualification and preliminary clarification of customer inquiries from various communication channels (ticket system, telephone, email or fax)
- Execution of IMAC/RD orders in the data center, including cabling and de-cabling of switches and panels
- Comprehensive documentation of the work carried out in FNT Command
- Close cooperation with colleagues and various departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Analyzing and resolving technical problems in the server and installation area
- Support in the optimization of processes and procedures in the data center
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Preferably completed vocational training in electronics, e.g. as an IT systems electronics technician, career changer with electrical engineering training or comparable qualifications
- Good hardware and software knowledge in dealing with servers, server cabinets and switches
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Goal-oriented and structured way of working with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a team, independence and personal responsibility characterize you
- Class B driving license
