VP/ Director - FX Institutional Sales
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
We are representing a leading global investment bank in Frankfurt, Germany, who are looking for a dynamic FX Institutional salesperson.
With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, our client specialised in providing tailored financial solutions to institutional clients across the globe. As they continue to expand their footprint in the FX market, they are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our FX Institutional Sales team at the Director level.
As the Director of FX Institutional Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the FX market. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry relationships, you will lead a team of talented professionals to deliver best-in-class solutions and personalised service to our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the FX space.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and central banks.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation and execution of complex FX transactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including trading, research, and product teams, to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the FX Institutional Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in FX Institutional Sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a senior leadership role.
