Operations Manager, Inbound page is loaded
The Opportunity:
As the Operations Manager, Inbound, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Central. You will manage the site of a multi-shift, 7 day per week, variable volume distribution operation quality and operations control, including shift scheduling, customer logistics, inventory research, root cause analysis, and to ensure compliance with established departmental and operational procedures and performance goals.
Shift hours: Monday-Friday, 9am- 5:30pm
You will lead an Operational team of 6 or more direct reports with direct teams of 15-20 employees to support the highest level of service and accuracy, investigate and resolve inventory problems and process integrity.
You will be responsible for an Annual Operations Expense Budget $ 5 million in labor and non-labor expenses
Responsible for all site quality and operational control, audit and processes.
Responsible for accurate disbursement & return of $ 15 million in product inventory
You will be the point of contact for Customers, supporting accuracy and integrity in delivering product to Live Show, Styling Teams, Digital Teams and any other requests related to the business.

Your Impact:
Develop and submit an annual budget plan for Quality and Operational Control departments. Monitor expenses against budgeted costs and provide explanations for variances for all.
Define quality guidelines for each functional area. Audit techniques to ensure each show delivered meets established quality standards.
Develop and implement operational plans to achieve designated departmental objectives. Create new programs to enhance the quality control function. Help develop short and long range goals for the Product Central Organization including manpower and systems requirements.
Lead staff providing guidance, training, and develop staff skills. Hire, promote, terminate and counsel staff with HR or other team members (e.g. Team Member Services). Evaluate staff performance and recommend wage increases/adjustments.
What You Bring:
5+ years of leading large-scale distribution operations
Excellent knowledge in leading inventory and quality control areas of distribution operations including inventory control, analysis, and systems.
3+ years experience with multiple operations inventory or quality control.
3+ years experience with coordination and flow of product from distribution locations to broadcast and content sets to support live show and product content development.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering or equivalent experience
Financial background, including financial analysis, inventory accounting, cost accounting, internal audit, and related financial functions
Detailed experience in distribution systems including design and configuration of warehouse management systems, their implications to overall inventory accuracy and with production bonus system and flexible worktime models
