About the program and the role

• 18 months of assignments across the departments and different divisions of L'Oréal, starting in our Dermatological division.
• Experience 3 rotations within the L'Oreal LDB – either Product Management, Medical, and Digital marketing. 
• Roll-off into a role in an area where your skills and interests are 
• The opportunity to fast-track your career with a guaranteed permanent position in the business

• University graduate, work or internship experience is an advantage
• Passionate and curious about the work and business we do
• Driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem solver with a high level of agility and open-mindedness
• Analytical and sensitive to the number
• Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating with diverse teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and native Czech/ Slovak language
