What you’ll do

We are searching for a working student who will support the SAP Signavio Next team in the role of a Chief of Staff . Your work plays a critical role for the success of all our innovation projects.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Team coordination:
  • Support the organization, execution and analysis of our weekly team meeting
  • Prepare, conduct and follow-up on team retrospectives, and interventions
  • Become our OKR champion by facilitating quarterly OKR workshops
  • Set up and coordinate team internal and external sessions, such as scheduling invited speakers
  • Support our management team with calendar maintenance

• Hiring & onboarding experience:
  • Support the hiring process from beginning to end
  • Conduct first round interviews with the candidates
  • Update and improve our on- & offboarding process, documents and experience
  • Maintain overview of interns, fellows, and working students

• Enablement & culture
  • Plan and conduct remote/hybrid/in-person team events, e.g., Christmas party or coffee corners
  • Prepare, conduct and follow-up on our monthly well-being scoring
  • Educate, plan and roll-out learning opportunities for the team

• Tool usage & delegation:
  • Organize, maintain, and design our knowledge management, e.g., stakeholder lists, SharePoint, DLs, etc.
  • Manage and ensure tool access and permissions

• Depending on your interests, you may choose to additionally:
  • Co-create thought-leadership content, like white-papers or presentations
  • Support in our innovation projects, e.g., translate undefined ideas into tangible product features, e.g., learn product discovery practices
  • Refine and adapt artefacts and methodologies, such as our team’s playbook or our design-thinking practice
  • Support our innovation idea backlog creation by sourcing new innovation projects
  • Support our strategic projects

What you bring

• A “can do” attitude with an open and curious mindset for growth.
• Organizational talent to drive a multitude of topics proactively forward.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters program in a business or technical field, or respectively equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English. German is a plus but not required.
