Marketing Manager (f/m/x) Urinalysis/ POC Solutions & Immunochemistry
Your responsibilities
- Understand EMEA market dynamics for the products of the Urinalysis/ POC Solutions & Immunochemistry (UPI) department, create solution value offers that link to the organizational marketing objectives and market needs
- Continuously monitor and translate the EMEA market trends into solutions development activities to deliver relevant value propositions to key stakeholders
- Create relevant customer engagement tools that drive access to decision makers across key strategic customers andcreate stronger partnerships and demand across the UPI product lines
- Understand the healthcare journey and initiate campaigns for addressing the respective steakholders, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Lead and execute EMEA Marketing pre-launching, launching and post-launching management plans
- Evaluate new business opportunities, line extensions and support the decision making
Your profile
Academic degree in natural sciences, biotechnology, medical sciences or marketing
- More than 5 years professional experience in marketing clinical diagnostic products
- Experience working with infectious diseases (ex. Urinary Tract Infection) and / or neurological diseases (ex. Dementia / Alzheimer) will be a plus
Strong proven experience in product launches
- Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns, especially with novel products
- Experience of market access with medical devices in European countries will be a plus. Knowledge of the EMEA healthcare system
Innovative and creative thinking
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to details, organizational skills and commercial awareness
Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, verbal and written
Team player able to work collaboratively with a matrix organization
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 20 % - 30%)
Problem solving capabilities in a multi-cultural and complex environment
