The Commercial and Marketing Department is currently looking for a motivated Customer Digital Application Advisor :

Your mission:

The Customer Digital Application Advisor is responsible for daily activities related to customer digital applications and works in close collaboration with the different departments, especially the commercial and marketing department.

The Customer Digital Application Advisor ensures the suite of digital tools that shape the customer experience (CRM, reporting, portals, apps, website) are managed and updated, as well as ensures the customers and the internal teams have the right access and are trained on these tools.

The Customer Digital Marketing Application Advisor monitors the CRM and marketing tools and ensures the follow-up of several marketing and tools related projects.

Your key responsibilities:

Your mission translates into the following key tasks and responsibilities:

·         Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce CRM, incl. access management, reporting and data quality

·         Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of our website CMS 

·         Provide assistance and training to other departments (mainly commerce) for any related CRM or application tasks 

·         You will act as the application administrator of the various applications:

o        Configurator tools, survey softwares and any other portals 

o        Applications for clients (drivers and fleet managers)

·         Support to marketing activities such as e-mail campaigns for customers using website, emailing & automation tools 

Your profile:

·         Strong ability and understanding of digital applications, especially related to access management and reporting

·         Knowledge and previous experience with Salesforce is considered as a plus

·         Certifications in different digital/ICT applications is considered as a plus

·         Outstanding communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with commercial teams and other stakeholders

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail

·         Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines under time pressure

·         Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate in teams and with IT

·         University degree or equivalent experience

·         Very good proficiency in French and English is mandatory

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
