As the GHA Steerer Cargo Supervisor , you will perform the following duties:

• Implementation of new LCAG handling processes at GHA level
• Inspection of services provided to LCAG by the GHA as per contract (Annex B and SLA in terms of CHM)
• Conduction of meetings with the GHA on regular basis to discuss service performance
• Taking actions with the GHA in order to improve service and quality performance
• Monitors the performance of (own) subcontractors to ensure required performance levels and requests required corrective action
• Reporting deviations from agreed standards
• Monitoring and utilizing LCAG manpower to ensure service standards
• Establishing, maintaining and evaluating statistical data provided by the Station Performance Cockpit tool
• Acting as contact person for GHA in case of irregularities and the need for escalation

• High school diploma/GED required
• 5 years or more of experience in logistics, airfreight handling and/or operations
• English and other required
• Qualification according to CHM / GOM
• Computer literate and MS Office as user
