Job description
We are looking for a full time Procurement Manager to join one of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Procurement Excellence, P2P, and s2p.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a strategic procurement strategy that supports the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Identifying and selecting the best procurement sources to achieve quality, lead time, and cost targets.
- Establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Continuous market analysis and identification of trends and opportunities to secure competitive advantages.
- Negotiating complex contracts and agreements to achieve the best terms for the company.
- Collaborating closely with various departments in a matrix organization to ensure the integrated and effective implementation of the procurement strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies in a demanding environment.
- High flexibility and agility to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action to recognize and seize opportunities.
- Willingness to fully commit to the company's success without a focus on shortened working hours. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- German And English skills are required
