Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)

Du lernst alle Abläufe in unserem Unternehmen kennen mit dem Schwerpunkt der Kreditoren-& Debitorenbuchhaltung über das Forderungsmanagement, Administration und Flottenmanagement der Firmenfahrzeuge bis hin zur Kundenberatung, Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragssachbearbeitung und Planung von Messeauftritten und Firmenveranstaltungen.

office management assistant (m/f/d) as of September 2024

You will get to know all the processes in our company starting on the focus of accounts payables & receivables, to receivables management, administration and fleet management of company cars, customer service such as offers & order processing, planning trade shows as well as company events.
