What you'll do
- You are the leader of the roll-out, upgrade, and optimization of complex supply chain planning solutions (e.g. Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
- Ownership overthe project planning and set-up as well as testing and go-live
- You will act as functional lead to IT process managers, application specialists, developers, testers, key users, and vendors
- Intensive communication with key stakeholders (f.ex. steering committee) to support active change and adoption management
- You will be gathering, providing, and documenting regular updates and reporting from/to project teams, program management, and other stakeholders.
- Driver of the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Who you are
- You have a strong track record in leading IT projects in complex international organizations (in-house or external) - ideally with active change management or similar experience
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes (Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning) and solutions supporting ATP or CTP (ideally Blue Yonder or SAP)
- You have deep knowledge of technical architecture and is capable of leading discussions with key architects and developers
- Provision of know-how to use various project management methods and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project and have initial expertise with agile methods
- You are fluent in English and ideally German
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Knauf sites on all continents
