Job description
To strengthen our Project Management Office (PMO) team, we are looking for support in an exciting international HR project as part of a working student position as soon as possible. The role is long-term, so we would like to drive further international HR projects with you directly afterwards.
Your role in our team
- Independently take on sub-projects within the Project Management Office (PMO) team
- Work closely within the project team and in particular with the project leads to implement the project effectively
- Actively shape the success of the project and help conceptually and operationally with research, analyses, and the preparation of materials
- Provide administrative support in the planning of workshops and various project/stakeholder meeting formats as well as the associated documentation
Your profile
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in consulting or project management (e.g. through internships or working student activities)
- You have a very good to fluent command of English and good application skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- You are well organized, can set priorities and enjoy working on different topics at the same time
- You are in an advanced degree program in psychology, social sciences or economics and are enrolled in a regular program for at least 1 more year
