What's the role?

Management of complex construction projects to promote and execute from an early stage to execution. You will support a high share of wallet for Hilti Fire Protection solutions together with dedicated construction project managers on site.

What does the role involve?

• Within this role you will lead multi-functional teams for our Business Unit Fire Protection to ensure the availability of state-of-the-art fire stop products

• You will also transfer product and application know-how towards our Hilti market organization to ensure level 1 (market organization) and level 2 (Regional Hub organization) support to win large projects

• Owning the Integrated Project Service (e.g. digital design & pre-fab) for Fire Protection products

We have 800 of the world’s best engineers developing and testing tomorrow’s technical solutions in our innovation center in Liechtenstein and Kaufering

What you need is:

• Master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, physics or chemistry
• 10+ years of professional experience in industrial sector (e.g systems engineering)
• Strong technical understanding (development background preferable) combined with advanced sales & commercial skills
• 5 years of project management experience with proven track record (e.g. in R&D or project execution)
• Business fluent in English language is a must, German is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong motivation to drive things forward incl. hands-on mentality
• Enjoying work in matrix organizations and manage different stakeholders in market reach organization (direct marketing)
