You will complete office tasks and prioritize correspondence that allows the executive to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities. You are therefore the link between the manager and the employees. We are looking for you for Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions GmbH in Mainz! What you do: You support the management in administrative and organizational tasks as well as in daily work processes, in particular characterized by the optimal planning, implementation and coordination of management processes and appointments (including preparation and follow-up of meetings) Independent preparation of documents and presentations (content and design) as well as decision papers in consultation with the relevant departments You actively work on projects and are also willing to take on projects on your own You are the primary point of contact for internal and external partners You act as a host for internal and external guests at the Mainz office and are independently responsible for the office management You are responsible for the proper central filing of important documents; such as contracts of the business unit Who you are: Do you have good communication skills, can you quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and keep track of many different topics?
