Position Overview

The Director of Research & Development (R&D) has overall responsibility for atg L&M's existing and future Flying Probe products. This position is accountable for the management of derivatives (of existing products), new development of the next generation of our systems, delivering project commitments (for standard products), ensuring design quality, and providing effective leadership to a multi-disciplinary technical team. The Director of R&D will thrive if organized and detail oriented; excels in technical program/project management; communicates with ease at all levels; is energized working in a fast-paced development environment and works well within a team structure to deliver results.
