Assistant to IT Sales & Technology (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time/Part-time

 

To complete our IT Sales and Technology team, we are looking for a dedicated Team Assistant (m/f/d). An IT background is not necessarily required for this position. However, you are in the right place if you have an interest and enthusiasm for IT topics!

What you can expect:

• You support the VPs IT Sales and Technology in administrative tasks, such as scheduling (calendar maintenance, preparation and follow-up of appointments) and organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings, including protocol management, travel preparation & follow-up including travel expense accounting.

• Your responsibilities will include assisting your superiors with administrative duties such as coordinating processes, managing digital files, and overseeing invoice control.

• Creating presentations and reports on specific IT topics will be part of your tasks.

• As the assistant you will also take on the coordination of the IT Sales/Tech Teams, supporting on the hardeware ordering, organizing team meetings.

• Additionally, you will be responsible for handling national and international correspondence, including managing the email account of your superior.

• You will have the opportunity to contribute to IT-specific projects and take on area-specific tasks within the team.

Your profile:

• First professional experience in the assistant field, commercial training (e.g., office clerk or equivalent vocational training)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills (with internal and external stakeholders)
• High level of trustworthiness, resilience, loyalty, and integrity
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
