YOUR PROFILE

- You completed your university studies successfully focused on information technology or equal
- You have already had the chance to work in SAP BW Projects and are familiar with the SAP Business Warehouse in the field of Data Modeling, Reporting or Data Management
- Very good English language skills in writing and speaking; German language skills are an advantage
- Ability for self-organization, methodical thinking & enthusiasm for continuous education and training
- You are a very communicative person, enjoy working in a team and are happy to deliver excellent consulting services to our customers
- Your talent and assertiveness helps you in the daily business
- Travel (max. 20%) in Europe is required

TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPHERE OF COMPETENCE

- You focus on Data Management, Incident Management and Change Requests for our Customers in Europe and the United States together with the AMS-Team in Germany and the on-site Consultants
- Monitoring and Data Management - daily dataload processes, system performance, short dumps, initialization of planning applications
- Ticket Management - user requests & incidents
- Change Requests - requirement analysis, cost estimate and time schedule, implementation, documentation
- Maintenance and Optimization - archiving, performance optimization of queries, reports and cockpits, interaction with the members of SAP Basis teams for System performance, Updates, storage space
- User Management - Role-Management, Authorization Checks
