WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Updating occupational health & safety documents incl. internal communication
- Supporting review of used hazardous materials on all sites in collaboration with team leaders and alignment with external partners, updating operating manuals, where required incl. archiving and update of Intranet knowledge base
- Making sure that supervisors fulfill their duties in terms of OHS
- Scheduling of OHS meetings and health checks and follow-up of to-dos resulting from OHS meetings
- Taking care that supervisors work on their findings discovered during onsite inspections
- Auditing invoices related to Neumünster site (e. g. office supplies, waste disposal, coffee etc.)
- Supervision of outsourced services
- Monitoring General Affairs ticket system for Neumünster and Hamburg site
- Reporting of any site related issues to General Affairs Team Langen
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Studies in business administration or finance related
- Experience in office administration
- Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
- Good Office 365 knowledge
- Independent way of working, hands-on mentality
- Good self-organisation and high self-motivation
