Leschaco is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Team Lead Administrator for IT Infrastructure. If you're passionate about technology and ready to lead a team to success, we want to hear from you.Lead a team of IT professionals: Provide technical and managerial guidance to a team of IT professionals, fostering their development and growth.Implement and evolve IT infrastructure: Design and optimize Leschaco's IT infrastructure, including both cloud and on-premise components, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure IT security: Work closely with internal and external IT security functions to safeguard the security of our IT infrastructure.Manage service providers: Oversee service providers to ensure the effective delivery of support and solutions.Provide global support: Lead 24/7 global support for cloud services and Leschaco applications.Deploy new IT solutions: Drive the deployment of new IT solutions to the cloud and oversee the migration of on-premise solutions as needed.Optimize performance: Offer expertise and guidance on optimizing cloud and on-premise solutions for performance and scalability.Select WAN providers: Coordinate the selection of WAN providers to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity.Set strategic goals: Define goals and priorities for the team, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a system or network coordinator/administrator, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Proven track record in leadership, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a team of IT professionals to achieve collective goals.
• Profound expertise in cloud computing, with practical experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS environments.
• Previous exposure to working in large, complex organizations or corporate environments, navigating diverse systems and processes with ease.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and execute large projects, including migrations and deployments, while adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration and communication with international teams and stakeholders.
