Job description
For our renowned customer Airbus Helicopters we are looking for a "Product Management and Support Systems Engineer" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Design and management of the support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering area
- Analysing and detailed specification of business requirements
- Coordination of activities as part of the management of change processes
- Support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications
- Definition and monitoring of important indicators of the support process
Your profile:
- Completed studies or training in the IT sector
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as IT architectures, components and programming paradigms
- Experience in the technical support of applications in the aviation sector
- Knowledge of the Airbus/Airbus Helicopters project process is an advantage
- Business fluent in English
- Team spirit, open way of communication and "welcome problem" mindset
- A CV in English is required!
