Nelson Garden has about 130 employees throughout the Nordic region, of which about 70 employees located at the head office in Tingsryd. Sales are approximately EUR 43 million per year.

We are expanding in Europe - Join our global team!

Nelson Garden is looking for  self-employed commission only Sales Agents (with small monthly retainers), to grow our customer and partner base in Europe.

Essential Responsibilities
- As an agent you must have excellent contacts with wholesalers, distributors, retailers and etailers in your specific market.
- You are familiar with Hobby Gardening products and Seeds.
- Planning customer visits and meetings, and conducting customer visits, providing customers with product information and training.
- Developing and maintaining a high level of Nelson Garden product knowledge
- Implementing our company sales strategy and plan in your local market.
-  Achieve annual and quarterly sales target within a given cost budget
- Developing and implementing account penetration strategies for key targets and competitive accounts
- Collecting and verifying market information for micro and macro market analysis

Qualifications/Requirements
-  You have at least 4+ years of sales experience and you are familiar with Key Account management. 
- It is critical that you have Excellent existing contacts, in order to generate enquiries leading to potential business quickly
- You have proven customer acumen and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region depending business needs as well as to sales meetings and tradeshows
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products Desired Characteristics
- Strong written and verbal communication and clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed the goals
