The infotainment system is one of the interfaces between people and vehicles and is therefore an important component. On the path to autonomous driving, constant technological progress can be observed in all vehicles. New technologies make new design wishes come true. The vehicle can be used as a living room, a cinema or an office.

In the Display Modules Engineering department, we are jointly responsible for the coordination and control of attractive and innovative display systems, which are developed in a future-oriented and visionary manner in the automotive sector.

Your Tasks:

• Analysis of customer requirements on the display market
• Trend scouting of new display innovations
• Participation and support in the development of knowledge related to displays and optics
• Insight and participation in current projects
• Collaboration and development of a show case
• Participation in the test strategy for optical systems

Necessary Skills:

• You are studying physics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or another technically oriented course of study and you have already completed your basic studies
• First experiences in the display/optics environment
• High level of teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• High level of commitment, creativity and willingness to learn and perform
• Enthusiasm for innovative ideas
• Willingness to work on site in Gifhorn

Previous experience in an automotive environment is desirable but not required
