German Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Office-basedRiga, Latvia€ 1400-1700 gross per month + benefits, depending on experience.Due to expansion our client is recruiting German Speaking Customer Service Advisors for their office in Riga.Candidates must speak German to minimum C1 level and B2 English level.Ideally candidates will have some customer service experience but it is not essential as training will be given. Job OverviewAnswer calls from customers with questions and give end users the answers they need.Document case resolutions in the contact centre application based on phone, email, chat, and other customer communications.Ascertain that cases are settled in accordance with the company policiesAssign priority issues to the immediate lead as appropriate, in accordance with client expectations.Communicate effectively with internal and external contactsProvide excellent customer satisfaction, meeting quality standards on all handled contactsHandle contacts while maintaining the project's defined targets: response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with benchmarks.
