About the team

As part of our Merchandise Team you will be responsible for the merchandise management of our Stores and Outlets. You report to the Merchandise Planning Director. Together you will be able to offer our customers a first-class shopping experience with the right range of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Recap and analysis actual sales results vs plan
• Together with the Global team define the assortment per local market and define the right assortment in the right store cluster
• Monitor product availability in regional warehouses to identify product opportunities in order to drive local commercial initiatives.
• Optimizing sales from a stock perspective. Highlight Store to Store transfer opportunities and all sales channel opportunities
• Regular exchange with the Marketing, Retail & VM and Logistics departments

Your skills

• Completed commercial "Ausbildung" or a degree in economics
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, especially in retail, is desirable
• Strong planning and analyzing skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in using an ERP system and expert in Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English & German
