As a leading company in the marketing and optimisation of biogas plants and battery storage systems, we are continuously developing new technologies for the energy market.
Our virtual power plant (VKW) integrates decentralised generation and consumption technologies and plays a key role in the energy transition.
Tasks:
As Account Manager - Energy you will:
Be able to work from home/hybrid
What to expect,gaben:
Independent support and retention of existing customers in the defined product segment or customer group.
Supporting key account managers in the acquisition and support of key accounts and new customers.
Supporting sales partners in matters relating to day-to-day operations.
Preparation of quotations, conducting negotiations and support through to contract conclusion for all standardised products in the defined product segment.
Maintaining customer and communication data in the CRM systems.
Communicating with customers at all decision-making levels to resolve problems and enquiries.
Analysing, evaluating and continuously improving the customer portfolio.
Developing new business with existing customers.
What you bring with you:
Successfully completed business studies or completed commercial vocational training with further qualification.
Initial sales experience in technical solution sales with complex communication requirements.
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and independence.
Basic knowledge of the energy industry.
Previous knowledge of Salesforce, Confluence and Jira is an advantage.
Confident handling of MS Office.
Fluent written and spoken German and English .
