The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Support in preparing offers;
• Project management for projects for international customers including leadership of project teams;
• Calculating and estimating costs, preparing offers and services as well as monitoring and controlling the project budget;
• Overall responsibility for the execution of projects in compliance with the company's project execution and quality guidelines;
• Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary project teams;
• Build and maintain customer relationships with integrity;
• Responsible for compliance with quality requirements, deadlines and costs in the project;
• Conducting risk analyses, determining and implementing corrective measures;
• Active change/claims management;
• Regular reporting on the project status both internally and externally to the customer

About you:

• A degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on plant and process engineering, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering;
• Relevant years of industry experience, you will have carried out a similar role for around 5 years;
• You will have successful lead projects with values from $25 million - $50 million;
• Your industry experience will be within chemicals, petrochemicals, and refinery.
We will also consider candidates from the power industry;
• Experience in management of plant planning (multidisciplinary engineering -
interface management);
• Good knowledge of scheduling (Primavera / MS Projects);
• Experience with workshare/split desired;
• Very good knowledge of using MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
